Setting Up Zoho Integration with Avidtrak
1. In this tutorial you will learn how to integrate your AvidTrak account with your Zoho CRM account. By integrating AvidTrak and Zoho CRM you will have the ability to report your phone calls into Zoho as leads.
To proceed with this task, you will need to have a paid subscription of a ZOHO CRM account. If you already have a paid subscription to a Zoho CRM Account, login to your AvidTrak account using your Administrator’s login credentials
2. After logging into your AvidTrak account, navigate to the left menu bar and find the Integrations link which is under the Manage section. Click the “Integration” link from the left menu bar.
3. Find the Add Zoho CRM Integration heading and click the “Setup” button that appears below the heading.
4. On clicking the Setup button, you will be redirected to the Zoho sign in page. Please enter your Zoho Administrator User name in the respective sign in fields.
5. After you have entered the information in the sign in field, click the NEXT button which allows you to go to the Zoho Access page.
6. If you have your account access protected by two factor authentication, Zoho will now want you to enter a one-time password (OTP) in the provided field. If you do not have 2-FA setup you may skip steps six through ten. Note: There are many ways that Zoho supports 2-FA, steps six to ten below narrate only the process for receiving the authentication digits via email.
7. To obtain your Zoho OTP, please check your email and click on the email with subject OTP for Zoho sign in.
8. After you open the email, copy the seven-digit OPT number from your email.
9. Paste the seven-digit OPT number in the Zoho field.
10. Next, click the “Verify” button to verify the OPT.
11. Once you get to the Zoho Access screen, click the Accept button at the bottom of the page. Please note that by clicking the Accept button, you are authorizing Zoho to provide AvidTrak with a connection token. This Zoho connection token allows AvidTrak to report phone calls into Zoho.
12. After clicking the Accept button you will be redirected to your AvidTrak-Zoho Integration screen where you will see that Status of the integration indicating asEnabled.If you decide to disconnect the connection, you may click Unlink. To temporarily pause the connection such that phone calls are not reported into Zoho, click the DISABLE button.
