How to Add a New Sub Agency Account
1. In this tutorial you will learn How to Add a New Sub Agency Account. A sub-agency account is an account below the Administrator level and is typically used by an administrator of the agency account to grant an organization’s team members limited access to select client accounts.
Before you create a Sub Agency, you will need to create at least one Sub Agency Template. If you have not already created a Sub Agency Template, exit this section and navigate to the Sub Agency Template setup link. After you have created the Sub Agency template successfully you may return back to this section.
If you have already completed the task of creating a template you may proceed forward.

2. After you have successfully logged into your Agency account as an Administrator, navigate to the left navigation area, and find and click the Sub Agency link that appears under the Manage menu section.

3. Next, Click the “Add Sub Agency” Button.

4. Next. Click the “Enter User ID” field. In the User ID field enter a Username for the individual who would be accessing the account. The Username must be one word and should not have any special characters contained in the username. Example: Individual’s name is Jennifer Jones. Her username would be JenniferJones. If there are two Jennifer Jones in your organization and you need to provide access to both Jennifers, then you may create usernames JenniferJones1 and JenniferJones2 as usernames.

5. Next, Click the “Enter Password” field and create a password for the Username that you just created. Follow the password prompts below the password field to create a password that is acceptable to this system.

6. Next, Click the “Enter Full Name” field and enter the first and last name of the individual.

7. Next, Click the “Enter Contact Number” field and enter the ten digit phone number of the individual.

8. Next, Click the “Email” field and enter the email address of the individual.

9. Next, click the Menu Templates select field and choose a template.
The menu template will be created from the following URL: https://avidtrak.com/resource/knowledge-base/create-menu-templates-for-sub-agency If you have not created a template as yet, you will need to create template.

10. Next, click the Menu Templates select field and choose the clients that you wish to assign this sub-account.

11. After you have assigned the clients to the sub-account, click the “Save Settings” button to save your work.

12. Click the “OK” button to save the settings

13. To navigate away from the pop-up screen, click the X icon on the upper right corner of the screen.

14. After you have successfully created the sub-account, you will be able to view the manifest of the sub-agent users. You may now share the username and password with the individual in a safe and secure manner.
