Track All Calls and Leads Across Your Social Media Campaigns
Track all your calls from Social Media Campaigns
Track all your calls from Social Media Campaigns
Our call tracking product works by assigning a unique phone number to each email marketing campaign that you create within our system. When a number is called, we capture important call data such as the caller’s phone number, the time of the call, the length of the call, call recording, city and state of the caller and the outcome of the call. These data are then reported back to you in real-time through our dashboard, giving you valuable insights into which campaigns are driving actual sales revenue. You can also record phone calls and listen to the recordings at your convenience.
The quantity of phone numbers you would need is dependent on the cost per click for each campaign. We would advise assigning 1:1 (meaning 1 phone number to 1 campaign) for ‘high value’ audiences. An alternative method is to review your hourly traffic rate and assign an equivalent quantity of phone numbers. Example, if you are averaging 5 clicks per hour from Facebook/Instagram Ads, then you would assign 5 phone numbers dedicated to Facebook/Instagram Ads.
