To become a paying subscriber, follow these steps:
- Choose a package: Once your $20 credit is utilized or the 14-day trial period concludes, select a package that suits your needs.
- Provide credit card details: Complete the process by providing your credit card details securely.
- Pay the $20 account deposit: This is your initial deposit, held on your account to cover overage charges or step in if your card doesn't work at renewal.
- Enable auto-recharge: Auto-recharge is set up automatically as part of your subscription and works in two ways: it charges your card for your monthly subscription fee every 30 days, and it tops up your deposit balance if you frequently incur overages. If your card on file doesn't work at the time of renewal, the deposit acts as the funding mechanism to keep your service running. You can adjust your deposit threshold anytime in account settings — the default is $20 for new subscribers, but you can set it anywhere between $5 and $200 based on your needs.
Note: The $20 deposit is fully refundable upon request if you cancel your subscription.
Billing & Renewal
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged every 30 days from the date you subscribe, covering your monthly subscription fee. This is handled automatically through auto-recharge.
What happens if my card fails at renewal?
If your card on file doesn't work at the time of renewal, your $20 (or custom) deposit balance is used to fund the renewal so your service continues without interruption. We recommend keeping your deposit topped up to avoid any gaps in service.
Can I change my billing date?
No, your billing date is fixed to your original sign-up date and cannot be changed.
The Deposit
What is the $20 deposit for?
The deposit is held on your account to cover overage charges and to act as a backup funding source if your card fails at renewal. It is separate from your monthly subscription fee.
Can I change my deposit amount?
Yes. The default deposit is $20 for new subscribers, but you can adjust it anytime in account settings, anywhere between $5 and $200, depending on how much overage buffer you want.
Do I get my deposit back if I cancel?
Yes, the deposit is fully refundable upon request when you cancel your subscription. Only the amount you actually paid is refunded — any free trial credits you received are not included in the refund.
How long does the deposit refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Will I be charged again if I use up my deposit?
Yes — auto-recharge tops up your deposit balance automatically if you frequently incur overages, using the card on file.
Packages & Trial
What happens when my trial ends?
Once your $20 trial credit is used up or the 14-day trial period concludes (whichever comes first), you'll be prompted to choose a paid package and provide your card details to continue service.
Can I switch packages later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. If you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and any unused credits roll over into your new package. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Cancellation
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your billing dashboard and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. Your package will be canceled one day before your next billing cycle begins.
If I cancel, do I lose access immediately or at the end of my billing cycle?
You retain access through the end of your current billing cycle — you won't lose access immediately upon canceling.
