AvidTrak Billing Dashboard

1. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for efficiently navigating the AvidTrak Billing Dashboard, making it easier to manage your billing processes. By following the instructions, users can gain insights into package and overage charges, export data for further analysis, and manage payment methods seamlessly. It’s an essential resource for anyone looking to optimize their billing experience with AvidTrak.

2. To get started login to your AvidTrak account and from the left menu select the Billing Dashboard link under the Billing section.

3. Click the “Billing Dashboard” link

4. The Billing Dashboard renders four tiles related to your account’s billing. The Account Credits’ tile provides you with information on the amount of credit that has been placed into your account for the month. This figure also includes any unused free trial credit that you received at account signup.

5. The Package Charges field shows the amount of package charges collected from you for the month.

6. The Overage Charges field captures any overage costs that you may have incurred in the month.

7. The remaining balance field shows the amount of credit balance that remains in your account. The field also shows whether your account has auto recharge enabled and also allows you to manage your payment methods. We recommend that you always have your Auto Recharge Enabled and maintain at least one back up credit card on file.

8. At the bottom of the Billing Dashboard Quadrant you will find information on the package that you have signed up for and its respective start and renewal dates.
