How to setup or change the “Receiving” number in AvidTrak
After logging into your account select the menu item ‘Numbers’ and click ‘Manage Numbers’
Search for the number you want to setup the receiving number for and click the edit link under the receiving number column as shown in the screenshot below
Receiving Number: You must input a number of the same country as that of your ordered tracking number
You can see the tracking number listed with receiving number
