We store a total of 24 months of data in AvidTrak.

In what format do you deliver reports?

Data are typically delivered in CSV file format. If you have any other specification, please feel free to reach out to the Support Team at AvidTrak.

Can I provide read-only access of call tracking account to some colleagues of mine?

Yes, if you are an account Administrator, you may allow read-only access to some colleagues of yours.

What kind of data are available via the AvidTrak-API?
