How does the free trial work?

The free trial gives you $20 in credit, available for 15 days, which can be spent on features, numbers and minutes. All call tracking features are accessible during the trial period for a comprehensive experience of the AvidTrak call tracking platform.

What happens when my free trial is completed?

After using the $20 credit or when the 14-day period ends, you’ll be prompted to add a credit card to continue as a paying subscriber. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be deactivated, and any numbers in it will be permanently removed.

How do I become a paying subscriber?

To become a paying subscriber, follow these steps:

  1. Choose a package: Once your $20 credit is utilized or when the 14-day trial period concludes, simply select a package that suits your needs.
  2. Provide credit card details: To complete the process, provide your credit card details securely.
  3. Set up auto-recharge (optional but recommended): For a seamless experience, consider setting up auto-recharge for your account credit balance. With auto-recharge, you can establish and manage both a minimum and maximum account credit balance. This balance will cover your monthly subscription fee and any potential overage charges.

How many call tracking numbers do I need?

We recommend deploying at least one number for each marketing source.

When will I be billed once I am a subscriber?

Your credit card will be charged at 30-day intervals. If you incur overages, you’ll be charged for them on the day they occur. The overage rate per minute is multiplied by the minutes used, deducted from your account credit balance. If your balance is insufficient, your credit card will be used to fund your account.

What are overages, and when do they apply?

Overages occur when you exceed the limits of your package quota as a subscriber and the charges vary based on the specific resource (telephone numbers or talk time minutes) you exceed. Here’s a breakdown:

  • If, for instance, your 30-day monthly package includes 5 telephone numbers and 500 minutes, and you find that within the first 20 days, you’ve used up all your numbers and minutes and need more, you will incur overages.
  • Telephone number overage is calculated by multiplying the telephone number rate by the quantity of telephone numbers you add to your account beyond your package limit.
  • Talk time minute charges are deducted from your account balance daily, based on the number of minutes used that day, multiplied by the applicable per-minute charge.

What happens if my credit card doesn't auto-recharge or expires?

You’ll receive an email notification requesting you to update your card information if we can’t charge your credit card. If you fail to update it and your account balance reaches zero, your account will be deactivated.

What happens to my remaining credit balance if I cancel my paid subscription?

We will refund the balance in your account within 15 days of service termination.
