How to add AvidTrak-Offline (Lite) Clients via the AvidTrak Agency Interface

  1. Login to your Agency Account
  2. Ensure that you have at least $20 credit balance in your Agency Account
  3. Click on the link Add Client in the horizontal menu bar and wait for a new page to open up
  4. Account Type Selection: Select AvidTrak-Offline (Lite) from the roll down menu
  5. Enter the Contact Name of the person who will be responsible for operating the AvidTrak account (this may be an Agency person or the Client of the Agency)
  6. Enter the Company Name (The Agency Name or Client Name)
  7. Enter a Preferred User ID for the new Account Do not use dashes or special characters
  8. Preferred Password for the new Account (do not use dashes or special characters in password)
  9. Enter the Contact Telephone Number of the person operating the AvidTrak Account
  10. Enter the Contact Email of the person operating the AvidTrak Account
  11. Enter the Current Phone Number that is published on the website
  12. Enter the Forwarding Number (this is the number that will receive calls from AvidTrak numbers)
  13. Enter your choice for Toll Free or Local Numbers
  14. If you choose to purchase Local numbers, enter Area Code
  15. Do you require Call Recording and Pre-Amble enabled for your AvidTrak Numbers?
  16. Input your email address in the Email box to receive a confirmation of your order.
  17. Click Submit to create the new account
